5-Ingredient Smoothie Recipes

Smoothies make for a great on-the-go breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up. Not only are smoothies simple to make, they are delicious and depending on the ingredients you choose they can really pack a punch of nutrients. What I really love about making smoothies is that you can tailor your ingredients based on what’s in season (hello, fall pears), what you have on-hand, or what your taste preferences are. What I look for in a smoothie is a healthy serving of protein, a serving of fruit and/or vegetables, and a small dose of sweetness. Today, I’m sharing with you some of my new favorites that are currently on rotation.

What are some of your favorite smoothie recipes?
